Nestled snugly between Cobden and Renfrew lies Yonderhill Campground, a slice of paradise hugged by a picturesque lake and swaying pine trees. Sounds dreamy, right? Well, it was, until I stumbled upon their antiquated campground map – a relic from yesteryear, with lot numbers about as accurate as a horoscope.
So, being the Good Samaritan that I am, I stepped up to the plate and offered to redraw it for the seasonal campers. Because, let’s face it, nobody likes playing a real-life game of “Where’s Waldo?” just to find their lot for the summer. The satisfaction of knowing that countless happy campers will navigate their way around with ease for years to come? Priceless.

Now, when I’m not moonlighting as a cartographer extraordinaire, you’ll often find me indulging in another passion of mine: photography. And let me tell you, Yonderhill provides the perfect backdrop for honing my skills behind the lens. So, naturally, I’ve been snapping away like a paparazzo on a mission. And guess what? Some of my masterpieces have even graced the hallowed halls of the campground’s Facebook page. Not bad for a humble shutterbug, huh?
